We will contact you when you are coming up on your regular cleaning, and you can schedule it for whenever works best for you! We avoid the winter months of December through mid-February, so we will spread out your washes between late February and November. If you have a preference of when you would like to schedule your cleanings, feel free to reach out to us and we will accommodate. 

We get it, subscriptions can be a scary thing. We want you to feel comfortable with your Klear Membership. That's why you can cancel at anytime with no cancellation fee. We just ask that you refund us any discount you received while being a Klear Member that year.
